What is Winly?

Winly is a loyalty platform that turns ordinary in-person purchases into a chance to win cashback. You buy from a partner business, they record your sale on Winly, and once their part is settled you make a quick prediction on the Winly app. If your pick wins, the cashback is sent directly to you.

How do I sign up?

Open winlyonline.com, enter your mobile phone number, and verify the code we send you. That phone number is your identifier across Winly: providers record sales against it, and that is also how you receive notifications and cashback payouts.

Does Winly cost anything?

Winly is free for customers. You only ever pay the partner business for what you bought from them, using whatever method they accept.

Earning cashback

How do I earn cashback?

Buy from a Winly partner in person. Give them the phone number you signed up with so they can record the sale. After they settle their part with Winly, you will get a notification inviting you to make your pick. If your pick wins, you earn cashback as a percentage of the sale.

Why have I not received my pick invitation yet?

Your invitation goes out only after the Provider has remitted the commission they owe Winly on your sale and we have confirmed it. If it has been a while, the most common reason is that the Provider has not yet settled. Give it a little time; if it does not come, contact us and we will look into it.

What is a game pick?

A game pick is a short prediction you make on the Winly app within a fixed game window. Each game has two matches, and you pick one outcome per match. If your picks win, you earn cashback.

What if I miss the current game window?

You do not lose your entitlement. If you cannot pick during a given window, you are automatically eligible to pick in the next available game with the same entitlement.

Can I change my pick after submitting?

No. Once you submit a pick it is locked. This keeps the game fair for everyone.

How is the cashback amount calculated?

Each Provider chooses a cashback percentage. The percentage in effect when the Provider records your sale is "snapshotted" onto that sale and used to compute the cashback if your pick wins. Later changes do not affect older sales.

Receiving your cashback

How do I get my cashback?

When your pick wins, your cashback is sent directly to you. You will see the payout confirmed in the app, and we will notify you the moment it is on its way.

How long does a cashback payout take?

Cashback payouts are usually processed within one working day after your pick is resolved as a win.

Do I need to do anything to receive my cashback?

Just keep the phone number on your Winly account up to date, since that is how we identify and reach you for payouts. We will let you know in the app if we ever need anything else.

Account and security

I changed my phone number, what do I do?

Write to support@winlyonline.com from the email on file or from the old number if it is still reachable. We will help you move your history and entitlements to the new number after verification.

I think someone else used my account.

Contact us at once at support@winlyonline.com. We will pause activity on the account while we investigate.

How do I close my account?

Email support@winlyonline.com from the number or email on file and ask us to close it. If you have any cashback owed to you, we will pay it out before closing the account.

Problems with a provider

The Provider recorded the wrong amount on my sale.

Tell the Provider as soon as you can; they can submit a correction request through their dashboard. If the Provider is unresponsive, write to us at support@winlyonline.com with the date, amount, and venue. We will investigate.

The goods or service I bought had a problem.

That is something to resolve with the Provider directly: Winly is not the seller. Providers are required to respond to complaints we forward within 48 hours, so if the Provider does not respond to you, let us know and we will escalate.
